Eva Hershaw Discusses Mexican Program that Allows Artists to Pay Taxes with Art On Q for 5-1-14

-- Journalist EVA HERSHAW discusses the benefits and drawbacks of a government program in Mexico that allows artists to pay taxes with their art. While the program provides financial support for many artists and has resulted in a treasure trove of public art... not all art is treated equally, and not all artists qualify.

-- BRIAN KNAPPENBERGER [NAP-in-burger], director of "The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz", and author and activist CORY DOCTOROW, talk about the documentary's subject... the brilliant, opinionated young activist hacker and Reddit co-founder, who was facing up to 35 years in prison for illegally downloading data in the name of information access freedoms. Aaron Swartz took his own life in 2013, awaiting trial.
