MTSU Flute Choir in Concert November 18th

The Middle Tennessee State University Flute Choir will present a free concert at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18th,  in Hinton Hall on the MTSU Campus.  The program will include Monochrome V by Peter Schickele, Jindrich Feld’s Cassation, Within by Ian Clarke and Fanfare XXV: The Silver Jubilation by Sonny Burnette.  This concert will be the Flute Choir’s first with the brand new Contrabass flute. Kallie Rodgers and Melissa Keeling will conduct this performance.

March Brings Irish Spring to Nashville Symphony

Plan an early St. Patrick's Day celebration with Camerata Ireland! This 40-member chamber orchestra features some of Ireland's most gifted musicians, including their charismatic leader and pianist Barry Douglas. Joined by Irish soprano Celine Byrne, Camerata Ireland will perform a selection of works by Mozart, along with two enchanting nocturnes by the Irish-born composer John Field.
