(WMOT)&nbsp; --&nbsp; Tennessee’s export sector has a mid-state economist worried, in spite of solid growth in recent quarters.</p><p>Middle Tennessee State University’s Dr. Steven Livingston specializes in the study of international trade. (WMOT)&nbsp; -- &nbsp;The U.S. Department of Commerce says Tennessee is exporting goods at a record pace this year.</p><p>Tennessee had exports totaling $15.7 billion in the first half of the 2012, up $1.1 billion or about eight percent over the same period in 2011.</p><p>Dr. Steven Livingston is an economist with the Business and Economics Research Center at Middle Tennessee State University.
