(WMOT)&nbsp; --&nbsp; After falling steadily in recent months, Tennessee’s unemployment rate has ticked back up again.</p><p>The Tennessee Department of Labor says the jobless rate for June jumped up two tenths to 6.6 percent. The national unemployment rate continued to decline last month, falling two-tenths to 6.1 percent.</p><p>Tennessee’s jobless rate has fallen nearly two full percentage points in the past 12 months. (WMOT)&nbsp; --&nbsp; Governor Bill Haslam traveled to Germany Monday&nbsp;to attend festivities surrounding the announcement that Volkswagen will add a second vehicle production line at its plant in Chattanooga.</p><p>The Tennessean reports VW will hire 2000 additional&nbsp;assembly workers&nbsp;to build a new crossover vehicle at the Chattanooga facility. The company also says it will open a design and research facility in Tennessee.
