(WMOT)&nbsp; --&nbsp; Several of the area&rsquo;s leading health care providers are partnering to get Middle Tennesseans talking about end-of-life care.</p><p>The program&nbsp;&ldquo;The Gift Initiative&rdquo; is supported by Vanderbilt University, Saint Thomas Health, Alive Hospice and The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation.
