(WMOT)&nbsp; --&nbsp; The Tennessee Board of Regents&nbsp;has&nbsp;named a new President for Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville. The Regents&nbsp;have awarded the post to Phillip Oldham.&nbsp;</p><p>Dr.&nbsp;Oldham is currently serving as provost and senior vice chancellor for Academic Affairs at U.T. Chattanooga.
