Adams Faces Hearing in Holly Bobo Case

DECATURVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A court hearing is scheduled for Zachary Adams in the disappearance of a nursing student Holly Bobo three years ago.

Adams is set to appear in Decatur County Circuit Court Wednesday.

Adams was indicted on murder and kidnapping charges in March as part of the investigation into Bobo’s April 2011 disappearance. He has pleaded not guilty.

Another man, Jason Autry, also has been charged with murder and kidnapping in the Bobo case.

Prosecutors and officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have released few details of the case. Investigators say Bobo's body has not been found.

Adams' lawyer says prosecutors have not provided her with evidence justifying her client's charges.
