NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WMOT) -- If your travels plans for this coming weekend include I-65 north of Nashville, expect stalled traffic and long delays.
Construction crews will close two of the three lanes of traffic on I-65 South on the north side of the city between mile markers 95 and 98. Repairs are being made to four different bridges along that stretch of highway.
The state says motorists can expect significant delays and should avoid the area if at all possible.
Complicating mid-state travel still further, the work will continue for nine additional weekends through November.
