NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Funeral arrangements have been scheduled Saturday for a couple who died after a package bomb exploded in their rural Tennessee home.
Jon Setzer, a 74-year-old retired lawyer, died when the package detonated at his Lebanon home on Feb. 10. Setzer's 72-year-old wife, Marion, died later at an area hospital.
The couple's son-in-law, 49-year-old Richard Parker, is accused of killing them both and is facing charges in connection with the crime. Parker pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and unlawful weapon charges at a hearing on Tuesday.
Authorities have not given a motive for the murders.
A memorial service for the Setzers will be held at noon CST Saturday at Nashville First Church of the Nazarene. Visitation is set for 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the church.
