Lilly Ledbetter Gender Pay Equity Activist
Lilly Ledbetter was the plaintiff in the historic gender pay discrimination case against Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company that was instrumental in the passing of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act. Ledbetter is the co-author of Grace and Grit: My Fight for Equal Pay and Fairness at Goodyear and Beyond.
