Hostilities Continue in the Ukraine on the World for 2-2

Hear The World in a whole new way. We've got a brand new theme tune, and it hits the airwaves today!

We've also got news. Lots of news. We'll head to eastern Ukraine where hostilities continue between pro-Russian rebels and Ukrainian government forces. Mashable reporter Christopher Miller's on the front lines, and host Marco Werman will touch base with him.

In other news, we check in with David Sanger of the New York Times, who has just co-wrote an article about the high-tech, and low-tech, game of intelligence cat and mouse currently going on between the Assad regime and Syrian rebel groups.

The World's Shirin Jaafari has the story of how Iranian-American businessmen and women do business back home. Hint: it's not easy, given the sanctions that the United States has in place.

And finally, The World's Matthew Bell reports on the Tao of Taoism, and tells us how an ancient Chinese philosophy became a major world religion.
