Since that time, he’s released 16 albums under his own name focused on – Jazz, classical, tango, strings, rumba, film scores, pop music. Last year he received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, he’s received 10 Grammy awards (nominated 19 times) won an Emmy Award and has become a naturalized citizen of the United States.
