On Friday, April 4, John Turner, Professor of Economics at the University of Georgia, will be presenting "Usage-Based Pricing and Demand for Residential Broadband.” This talk will be in BAS 334 from 1:00-2:30pm. It is sponsored by the Department of Economics and Finance and the MTSU Distinguished Lecture Series, and it is open to the public. A copy of Dr. Turner’s corresponding paper is attached.
