Just the words "Ebola outbreak" conjure up pretty sensational images.  But the news from Guinea is sobering and worth hearing. Marco checks in with Tarik Jasarevic of the World Health Organisation to find out what's being done to stop the virus from spreading.

Meanwhile, the latest chapter in the stand-off over Crimea.  NATO says its suspending cooperation with Russia. This on the same day the state run Gazpom hiked its gas prices in Ukraine. Charles Maines reports on how Russians are feeling about the crisis and especially  about their president, Vladimir Putin.

We're also following developments in Venezuela, where the Supreme Court has upheld the ouster of prominent opposition politician Maria Corina Machado from the National Assembly. The move is seen as just one more move in an ongoing crackdown on dissent.
