Lebanon Police say snake used to shoplift

LEBANON, Tenn. (WMOT)  -- Lebanon police are looking for a pair of suspected shoplifters…and a snake.

Police are asking for your help identifying two women they say stole a number of items from the Children’s Place and Gap Store at the Lebanon Prime Outlet Mall.

WTVF-TV says Official believe one woman concealed stolen items under her clothing. The other carried a live snake through the store, apparently as a diversion.

The pair left the store in a gray, convertible, two-door, PT Cruiser.
