MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT) -- A Murfreesboro man has been arrested on charges of Solicitation of a Minor and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Police say Jonathan M. Montano of Cypress Drive was arrested Thursday.
The incident report says a minor girl’s father contacted police to say that he’d found some lewd photos on his daughter’s cell phone.
MPD Detective Tommy Roberts says he began communicating with Montano using the girl’s phone. Montano was then brought in for questioning and police say he admitted sending pictures of his genitals to the girl. He also admitted to asking her for sex.
Montano was booked into the Rutherford County Jail and released on a $5000 cash bond. Police say additional charges may follow.
A court date in the case has been set for December 12.
