MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT) -- This is a big weekend for the Middle Tennessee State football team.
The Blue Raiders will be in Boca Raton, Florida on Saturday to take on the Florida Atlantic Owls.
This marks the first-ever Conference USA contest for the Blue Raiders. Middle Tennessee officially became a member of the conference on July 1.
Senior Quarterback Logan Kilgore is only 12 touchdown passes away from becoming the schools all-time leader in touchdowns thrown. Kilgore is also fourth on the MTSU all-time passing list, with just over 5900 yards for his career.
