MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  Two Murfreesboro women got quite a scare early Sunday morning when they woke to find a man in their apartments.

Murfreesboro Police believe they now have that man in custody following the arrest of 26-year-old Wenlon Drive resident Justin M. Williams.

A 26-year-old female resident of the Vie Apartments on Wenlon says she woke to find a man in her bedroom rummaging through her dresser. The man fled when she called out.

Less than 20 minutes later a second female resident of the same apartment complex called police to say that she had just awakened to find a man touching her inappropriately.

As officers were interviewing the first victim, they say Williams walked by and was immediately recognized by the woman. Williams was taken to police headquarters for interrogation and then arrested.

Justin Williams is now facing two charges of aggravated burglary, one count of sexual assault, and will also face an outstanding charge for failing to pay child support.

He was booked into the Rutherford County Jail on a $31,000 bond and will make an initial appearance in General Sessions Court in early September.
