No Nuclear deal in Vienna on the World for 11-24

The news this morning: Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel is stepping down. We'll have the latest on that story later today.

Plus, no nuclear deal in Vienna, but another seven months to try to secure one. After months of talks, Iran and six world powers, including the United States, have failed to reach a deal regarding Iran's nuclear program. But there still might be a glimmer of hope, because they have agreed on an extension. The goal now is to have a framework deal by March 1, 2015 and a full agreement by July of next year. We'll speak with Laura Rosen of AI Monitor, who has been following the talks in Vienna. We'll also get reaction from Tehran from Thomas Erdbrink of the New York Times.
