Parole Granted to Head of Apartheid Era Hit Squad on The World for 1-30

The BBC's Milton Nkozi has a striking story out of South Africa. The government has granted parole to the head of an apartheid era covert hit squad. Eugene de Kock served twenty years for his crimes and was expected to spend the rest of his life in prison. Instead he is to be released in the name of national reconciliation.
