Project Runway's Tim Gunn on Q for 7-24

TODAY on "Q"

-- Last week, Major League Baseball honoured -- for the first time -- player Glenn Burke of the L.A. Dodgers and Oakland Athletics. Despite his athletic prowess, Burke faced prejudice in the 70s and 80s for being gay. He came out in a television interview post-MLB, then competed as an out athlete until injuries from a car crash sent his life spiralling downwards. He died in 1995. Piya talks to Glenn Burke's sister LUTHA BURKE about her brother's legacy, and former MLB player, BILLY BEAN, who has just been named the MLB's Ambassador of Inclusion, about whether the league has done enough to be more inclusive.

-- Fashion broadcaster TIM GUNN is the long-time on-air mentor on the reality television show "Project Runway", and host of the spinoff show "Project Runway: Under the Gunn". He discusses his new gig and the role of mentors in his own life as a closeted - even to himself - gay teen growing up in the 1960s and 70s.
