NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WMOT) -- Prosecutors want Rutherford County Sheriff Arnold behind bars.
A hearing is scheduled in a Nashville courtroom for Tuesday afternoon to hear a motion to revoke Arnold’s pretrial release status.
The Sheriff is facing a February trail on federal charges that he illegally profited from the sale of e-cigarettes to inmates at the county jail he administers.
The Daily News Journal quotes prosecutors saying that following allegations Arnold struck his wife during a domestic incident on Labor Day the Sheriff should be held until his trail.
