UPDATE: Armed Robbery on the MTSU Campus Monday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  A student was robbed at gunpoint Monday night on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University.

Student Alexander Dabbs of Etheridge, Tennessee told police he was robbed by three men near the horse stables at the Tennessee Livestock Center just after 7 p.m.

The 23 year-old Dabbs described the three men as black males in their early to mid-20s. All three were said to be wearing black hoodies and pants.

The incident report says the first suspect had short dreadlocks and a thin mustache, the second suspect had a goatee, and the third is described as having a mustache.

Dabbs told police the three men relieved him of his backpack, wallet, phone and keys.

The suspects were last seen walking away from the Livestock Center toward Greenland Drive.
