MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  Both men involved in that road rage shooting in Murfreesboro have now been charged.

WSMV-TV says Murfreesboro Police have charged 59-year-old LaVergne resident James Ross with simple assault, while 23-year-old Middle Tennessee State University student Isaac Garner has been charged with Aggravated Assault.

Ross says Garner was driving 20 miles an hour as they approached the intersection at Middle Tennessee and Broad Street Wednesday morning. When he tried to pass, Ross says the cars collided.
