MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WMOT)  --  Tennessee will be featured prominently in tonight’s ESPY Awards on ESPN.

WKRN-TV reports that the late Zaevion Dobson will receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award posthumously during tonight’s ceremony. Dobson was shot and killed in December while shielding bystanders with his body when gunfire erupted in his Knoxville neighborhood.

The 15-year-old’s mother, brothers and football coach will be on hand to accept the award on Dobson’s behalf.

In addition, the Middle Tennessee University men’s basketball team may claim the ESPY award for the “Best Upset” victory. The 15 seeded Blue Raiders beat number 2 seed Michigan State during this spring’s NCAA tournament.

Tonight’s awards can be seen on ESPN beginning at 8 p.m., 7 p.m. Central Time. John Cena will host.
