NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP/WMOT) — A legislative committee formed to look into allegations of sexual impropriety against Franklin Rep. Jeremy Durham says the Republican lawmaker used his position to sexually harass at least 22 women.

Among other findings, the report says a then-20-year-old college student told investigators Durham plied her with drinks and had sex with her in his office two years ago.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A Nashville chancellor won't block the release of an investigative report on allegations of sexual harassment by state Rep. Jeremy Durham.

Chancellor Russell Perkins said in a Tuesday ruling that Durham raised some legitimate questions about the way the investigation was conducted. But Perkins said those concerns are insufficient to support a ruling blocking the report's release or the further work of an ad hoc committee of the House of Representatives.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A federal court has denied an appeal made by the Wayne County Board of Education in a case involving two students who were bullied and awarded $100,000 each.
