TAMPA, Fla. (AP/WMOT) —  A large Tennessee delegation will be on hand in Tampa Wednesday night to hear Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice address the GOP convention.

Rice will reportedly tell the delegates that the voice of the United States in world affairs "has been muted" under President Barack Obama, creating a chaotic and dangerous security environment.

Tennessee Republican Party spokesman Adam Nickas is in Florida with the delegation. He says he was impressed by Ann Romney’s speech Tuesday night.
